Homestead Designs is a family owned and operated architectural design company. With  over 20 years experience specializing in custom home designs, value engineered volume  built house plans, and light commercial designs.  

Established in 1999 to provide an affordable option to expensive large architectural firms,  we believe that “your new home doesn’t come in a box” so we provide a one on one  personal touch and design your custom home your way at a down home affordable price.    

By keeping our overhead very low we are able to pass on the savings to each and every  customer (individual’s, builders, and contractor’s). With designs across the United States  including Texas, Illinois, Nevada, Louisiana, California, and now in Jamaica, we are able  to create any design in any style our customers can dream up with regardless of size. No job is too big or too small.
